Nodes with High Packet Loss showing bogus information

I am using the following query on the Nodes with High Packet Loss resource:

Caption Like '*CXA*' OR Caption Like '*CWI*' AND Status <>2

The view is currently showing four nodes that have 0% loss. How can that be?

The view type is Summary.

Are you hitting any high latency alarms with those nodes? You might try being more specific instead of using the more general Status.
