Reinstall trial version on trial version

Hi,

I would like to reinstall NPM & SAM demo version on a server where NPM & APM were installed a few month ago.

I have uninstall the product and reinstall the new version but it still indicates on the portal that the license are expired.

What is the right procedure to reinstall the demo version on this server ? (i'd like not to have to reinstall the Windows server)

The Licensed is tracked on the Server itself to curb Piracy. You will need to Reinstall the OS, or install on a different system.

Hello,

I have a very similar problem. I'm performing a complete reinstall on a different machine for a customer. But we are running out of time (only 4 days left) before we could switch the licenses.

I contacted sales@solarwinds.com 24 hours ago but haven't received an answer yet.

So what else can I do? Open a ticket from the customers login? We would really appreciated an extension of the eval licenses to complete the process.

If I ever get to have the extension can I possibly reinstall any versions of NPM with NTA then to a MS SQL 2008 express?
