Dev License?

I'd like to replicate my current environment (External SQL database and SLX) to a dev platform, so that I can perform upgrades and tests without impacting the actual production environment.

Is there anything that allows me to do this licensing wise?

Agreed. If you use VMWare or other virtulization software, it's easy to create a vanilla Windows server for use as a starting point for an Orion dev box. The database is also simple to replicate by simply backing it up and restoring it onto another DB server. Just keep a copy of your vanilla Windows image around so you can install Orion fresh each time you want to test something out. Unfortunately, uninstalling and reinstalling on the same box after the 30-day eval license is up doesn't work, and for good reason.
