We are still using NPM 9.1SP4 but are planning to update to 9.5 on July. I'd like to have information whether a certain bug has been fixed in 9.5 (or 9.1SP5).
In 9.1SP4, when you add a node in the web management, in the last page of adding the node ("Change Properties"), it says: "Change properties, or keep defaults." However, if I edit the node name at this point, the new name will not be saved. (We need to edit names of some added nodes as we cannot accept the default SNMP system name.)
Thus, we have to first add the node, then find the newly added node, and finally change its name.
Can anyone running NPM 9.5 verify that this has been fixed in NPM 9.5?
I'm asking because if this hasn't been fixed, I would be willing to submit a ticket and hopefully have it fixed before our update project.
Thanks, Markku
