I'd like to ask if there is a way to create an e-mail, that will inform you, for all the nodes that are down in specific time of the day.

The best approach would be a Scheduled Report. There is an out-of-box report called Down Nodes which you can then schedule to run at the specific time of day you require and set that to email you the report. You can, of course, create a custom report with additional information as well.
dimitrs You can create a report for that and schedule it at the time you prefer to be sent out. You should also indicate on your conditions/fields the specific time of day you wish to know which nodes are down
Thank you very much. The problem now is that the Add Frequency and Add Action "buttons" doesn't working. Add Frequency is not doing anything when i click it and Add action pops up a window but immediately is closing. Is something missing from our server? Same problem when creating e-mail alerts. Thank you.

- generating a report on a specific time of day?
or
- generating a report that will display the nodes that were down on a specific time of the day, e.g. between 2pm-4pm working days as an example?
both are doable, just different objectives

This is not an expected behaviour, have you tried with a different web browser?
We've made it, for a reason the Add Action is let us choose what we want only if we click somewhere on the window that pops up, before its closed. So we create a Daily report (two times per day) that is send to us via email. Thank you all !!!
