The new Mega Menu has a delay/Fade In that takes about 3 seconds to load. Does anyone know of a way to change this to display quicker/immediately?

This may be a page load performance problem and not an intentional effect. I have seen the transition take more or less time on occasion, depending on what is impacting SQL server load (usually).
I agree. I certainly don't have any page display delays. This may help?

The page itself will load, some load faster than the 3 second fade in the mega menu has.
I ran over the document and seem to be within threshold.
I have two additional web servers and wish the document was more detailed. It does not get into determining users per AWS, only says to get an AWS if your over x users.
There are a few other articles around webpage performance. Do a search and see how you stack up. Otherwise log a support ticket.
