New user

Question

Hi, new user, I just purchased and began installation of the following products:

* Server & Application Monitor AL150
* Network Performance Monitor SL100
* Network Topology Mapper
* Patch Manager PM250
* IP Address Manager IP1000

My plan was installing the applications on 1 application server and all the databases on 1 SQL server/database.  Is this correct? Or do I need a separate servers for each product?  Please help!  Thanks.

Depending on your server configuration, based on licensing you should be able to run most of this on one server. I'm not familiar with patch manager, but for the rest of the modules all will work fine on one server. I do recommend installing your database on its own server. Do read the recommendations, they provide good info.
