Please try following.

Go to Add / Remove programs / Repair the "SolarWinds Orion Core Services 20.x.x" let the Configuration Wizard complete .

If you are not on NPM 10.2 go ahead and upgrade.

Hi,

Version 10 have network atlas.But,now i have NPM v 9.0 Service Pack 1.

Have you re ran the configuration wizard ?

The website map resources and the Network Atlas application use the system TEMP directory to store temporary files used for generating Linked Background images.

Please check your system TEMP directory (you can open it by running command "%TEMP%"; it usually goes to the C:\Windows\TEMP folder) for files with names tmp*.tmp, where the asterisk stands for a hexadecimal number. If there are any, please delete them. Please note that this has to be done on the machine where the website is hosted.
