Is anyone else having the same issue that I am having regarding escalation it is stuck at 8 hours? This is for both the delayed alert and triggered alert. I was told the work around is to go into the Data base manager and within ActionDefinitions table to change the value instead of 480 to 1440 which will represent 24hrs. This does work for the first time but then will revert back to the 8 hours. This was working fine in 8.1 ever since 8.5 this is not working at all. Are we going to fix this? If anyone else out there haveing this same issue could you add to this post this is not something that seems to be a problem?
