I cannot seem to find the latest version of the SCOM Management Pack along with documentation on how to install and use it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Customer Portal -> Licensing & Maintenance (along the top menu) -> License Management -> Find "Orion Network Performance Monitor" and select "Choose Download" -> You should see it under "Additional Components"
