I am running windows 7, and ie8 when I open the Web console for Orion NPM 9.5, I recieve a message about active x control needed, I click to install, SWToolset.exe i get a popup asking me to allow the program. I click on allow, the popup goes away, but the Active x control does not work, when the page refreshes i get the same message again
