How can I setup a user in Windows 2008 to be able to run the Orion Network Performance Monitor? I setup a users as a member of "Power User" but it needs the administrator password to launch the application.
Are you trying to install NPM, or which applications are you trying to access? (Network Atlas for example.) Screenshot would help get us on the same page as well.
