I am trying to add a chart that will display current traffic at the AP level for IPv4. I can find traffic at the client level and at the controller level but I can't find a chart that displays traffic at the AP level.

So .. you can add a Multiple Object Chart - add Multiple Object Chart into the view of your NPM by customizing the page - then go to the page and configure you OBJECTS:
Choose Object Type
Select the Chart
Select specific interfaces (AP's) Since I am not monitoring AP's - I used the Controller with VLAN's - to show you an example:
