Alert Manager crashes after upgrading to NPM 10.3

Hi, when I try to open the advanced alert, after openning the main page, trying to configure alert --> I receive error box with "close program". When I looked at the event log, I saw the following error in application log.

Update for Case #368072 - "Alert Manager crashes after upgrading to NPM 10.3"

I had a similar problem. I was running NPM 10.3.1 and SAM 5.0 on server 2008 R2 and everything was working fine, and then when I updated to SAM 5.2 my advanced alert manager would crash when I tried to edit or create a new alert. In Programs and Features I ran repairs on both the NPM and SAM but it didnt fix the problem. The problem was fixed by running a repair on "SolarWinds Orion Core Services"
