When I do a network discovery without any WMI credentials configured, will solarwinds still attempt to scan WMI during the discovery process?
If it does still scan it is there anyway to disable it from scanning WMI?

As I understand it, without defining credentials discovery will not attempt a WMI scan as without credentials it is not possible to establish a WMI connection. What specific challenge are you facing which would lead you to needing WMI disabled?
Solarwinds is only being used for network devices and I don't want to scan for WMI.
