License issue

I recently installed NPM v9 on a server, then realized I'd missed a step with regards to the SQL Express part, so I had to uninstall everything and reinstall.

Now NPM does not like its license key, and is rejecting it, even though I'm on the same hardware, and it's a reinstall.

I need to reset my license key, but I can't do it online, and the "license manager" I was recommended doesn't acknowledge that the software was ever licensed, so I can't change it there, either.

What do I do?

Contact Customer Service at 866.530.8100. They can get you a new key.
