10.1 SWtoolset.exe interesting behavior

Noticed the SWToolset doesn't show as enabled in IE 8 with 10.1

Sure enough it's running

But it's not showing at all

Anybody else seen this?

Shows up running Win7 64bit, IE8 32bit.

What happens if you change the Show from Currently loaded add-ons to All add-ons? Does it even show then?
