Upgrading to WPM 2.1

I am ultimately trying to upgrade to NPM 11.5, but to get the per-requisits complete I need to upgrade WPM to 2.1. In attempting to do this I am getting an error message that NPM 10.7.4.0 is required has anyone seen this?

WPM 2.1 requires NPM 11.0.1 and above, check the below link

If you are using individual module upgrades and you have multiple modules in your environment you will have to follow the upgrade as per compatibility matrix, hope it helps

We have NPM, SAM, VNQM, WPM, and NTA so I am looking to upgrade NPM, SAM and WPM the other modules are up to date at least as of now.
