Hi,
I apologize for making my first post a question, but I haven't been able to find an answer to it yet, and thought I'd ask.
Currently, we are using SolarWinds Orion NPM 8.1.3 to monitor our network devices. Everything works fine and as expected. However, we (our project) have a requirement that says that we have to keep at least 30 days' worth of network alarms at any given time. This is no problem (I don't have physical access to the system right this moment, but I am certain we have more than 30 days worth). The problem comes in that we are supposed to show it in a more "concrete" manner, like a config file setting, or a menu, or whatever. I haven't been able to find the way to "set" this value, if it even exists.
So, is there a way for me to demonstrate that we meet this requirement? (other than pulling up the application and showing that we have lots of old alarms)
Thanks in advance,
Pedro
