Cant open OrionNetPerfMon.exe

Afternoon

Has any one seen the issue below befor, its preventing me from opening the System Manager

Faulting application OrionNetPerfMon.exe, version 7.8.0.202, faulting module msvbvm60.dll, version 6.0.97.82, fault address 0x000cafb6.

Maybe try to re-register that particular .dll - click Start-Run and type "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll

Tried that already, no joy ;-(

Sometimes an Add/Remove-> Change-> Repair will help things out. Which version of Orion is this from?

I ran repair, and now when i click system manager, i get the wizard,

So ive connected back to the database, and still goes back to the wizard, do i need to recreate the site.

i'm runnig version 7.8.0.202
