Memory Utilization not tallying up...

Question

I am monitoring our Windows servers with Orion 9.1,  I noticed today that one of the servers is running at 97% physical memory utilisation & 72% virtual memory utilisation.  However, the 'Memory Used' guage under 'CPU Load & Memory Utilization' heading shows only 12% of memory is use!  Any ideas anyone?

This is a physical Windows 2003 x64 server, I have attached a screen shot, as you can see, the actual memory utilization is;

Total; 56%
Virtual: 49%
Physical: 66%

Yet the Memory used guage shows 21% in use...

Any ideas?

Could we see a screenshot of what you are describing?  Is this server a VM or is this just a normal server?
