Customised High Response Times

Hi All,

I have been given the task of migrating our network monitoring over to NPM 10.2 - while this has gone smoothly (so far) I am getting alot of alerts over high response times.

We monitor offices from one location all over the world and therefore we are expecting our latency to be higher than 200ms in some places (because of poor infrastructure and line quality). I don't want to loose metrics and customise alerts too much if possible, so wonder if anyone knows a simple way to change a nodes (or interface) response time threshold, so we are alerted when a nodes falls outside a higher/custom bracket - I don't seem to be able to readily find this.

I would create a custom property and assign that property to the long response time nodes. Then create an alert for nodes w/ that custom property. After that make sure you add logic to not alert on the nodes w/ the custom property in the general response time alert. Otherwise you will get 2 alerts.
