Alerting when adding new VM to ESX server

Can someone tell me how to create such rule to get page or email?

I tried to use the advance alert with "ESX server Node has change" but it doesn't working.

Also, I can't specific which ESX server I want to get alert in advance mode, not like the basic mode where I can select which to monitor.

Can you post a screenshot of what you did?  It'll be easier for everyone to help you fix it.
