Does Solarwinds NPM leave any log (snmp query) on the monitored device
in case that device is added by SNMP string?

If you mean does the device that Solarwinds queries with SNMP log the fact that it was polled by a SNMP management station then it depends really on the type of device and type of logging available.
On cisco devices you can set the device to log snmp activity to console , buffered , syslog.
HOpe this is what you meant.

Yes, thank you I didn't know that you can enable snmp logging on tho devices if you set only read community string (I need to check that individually on all my monitored device Nortel, Cisco, FG, ESafe, . . .)
Also if the device supports some kind of access list for snmp you may be able to log against that access list. I must admit the logging that i have seen is rather simple just letting you know that the device has been queried rather than what was queried.
On cisco devices you can enable traps for snmp-server enable traps snmp.
This will trap a number of items particulary authentication failures.
