Excluding specific Devices' Interfaces from a Network Sonar Discovery

Hello,

i would like to exclude some specific devices' interfaces from a discovery: for example i've a cisco switch with 48 ports and 50 VLANs, sonar discovery correctly identify it but i need to exclude some of 48 ports for example from gi 1/0/10 to gi 1/0/20 .

It's possible to do this kind of selection ? In the net sonar discovery i've seen that i can exclude host or interfaces but on a type basis (ex: ethernet, loopback etc..) and not for "interface number".

When you are doing the import following the discovery, it will show a list of the interfaces by type with checkboxes. You can deselect whichever ones you do not want to import.

thank you for the answer, but i don't need to exclude "entire" interface type but only some interfaces for example in "ethernet" ex: gi 1/0/1 and gi 1/0/2 should be excluded but not from gi 1/0/3 to gi 1/0/48.

Anyway i've found a solution ignoring all kind of interfaces and then deselect the interesting interfaces from the discovery ignore list.
