I am running Network Performance Monitor 9.5 SP4. I have several objects on a map that should be in the down status. They are on the map in a down status so we know that they are off. Seeing this is the preferred status of that object, I don't want it to reflect as a bad thing for the overall status of that map. Is there somewhere in the config of the object to specify that down is a good status?
If not, can we get a field added for an object that says preferred status, have it default to Up, but have a dropdown that we can select to say Down or Warning is OK?
If that isn't possible, then have a check box that is defaulted to checked that says "This object effects overall map status" and we can just uncheck that when we want.
