Hello All, I have customized advanced alert to send me an email if disk volume is above 90%. the small problem is that it is pulling serial number of the drive. see below LAFILE 97.49715 % Used on Drive D: \ DATA da2aa302 is there a way to customize so that it would send only the drive letter? also if possible even NUMBER percentage LIKE 97 % instead of 97.xxxxx

You would need to change the name of the drive in System Manager and delete the serial number.

and the magic code:

Currently Used ${SQL:Select round((VolumeSpaceUsed / 1024 / 1024 / 1024),1) from Volumes WHERE VolumeID='${VolumeID}'} GB

Do I need to modify this script? How do I execute this script and will it do it for all monitors that have Volumes?

I'm sorry, that query will give you the current used size of the volume rounded, I.E.

Currently Used 496 GB

This will give you percent rounded:

${SQL:Select Round ('${VolumePercentUsed}',0) from Volumes WHERE VolumeID='${VolumeID}'} Percent Utilized

No, it will round percentages to a whole number.

This needs to be part of the alert message itself and will work for all volumes that trigger that alert.
