8.5 Web Only Console won't display Maps.

Hello,

We have an 8.5 installation that was running both the web console and polling engine on one server. We have just added a Web Only server to remove that function from the original server and let it just manage polling. The installation went fine except for the fact that it won't display any of the maps that we have in the maps folder. I have verified that the user account for the website has proper access and I re-ran the configuration wizard to make sure that everything was configured properly and still no success. I have applied the latest service pack as well.

The message we are geting is Cannot load Network Map from "C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Maps\(map name here)".

Any ideas on where to turn now. I've done some searching on here and followed the applicable steps in other threads for this, but none of them that I saw specifically mentioned the Web Only console.

You need to publish the maps to the web only install - it.s an option on the File menu in Map Maker.

Alternatively, just copy the files across.

I had already copied the maps over to the Maps folder on the Web Server and when you click the edit option it sees the maps in the list, but still displays the message after you select any map. I also just tried to publish option from the map maker and it doesn't appear to fix the problem either.
