I currently have Orion ver 8.5.1 with Netflow and application Monitoring. I have set up a custom property that divides all my nodes by the department that manges those nodes. For example I have a Windows Group for our windows team I have a Linux group for our Unix/Linux team and so on. I set up web views that the only view you get is for the team you are on. That is working fine. What is comming down the road is the departments are going to want to access the system manager so they can set the polling variables and what they want to see for each node.

Is there any way I can set up the System Manager to allow the different departments to ONLY see their group? IE windows team only see/ manage the Windows Group?

"View" yes, manage "no" not currently, however web-based administration is forthcoming...
