NPM12. Orion Web console won't load. Brand new install.

Logs are clean. Has anyone faced this issue?

Found the problem. For some reason account used for the installation was not authorized to access c:\inetpub\solarwinds folder.

Here are the Steps:

Open a command prompt with administrator user rights, and navigate to %systemdrive%\windows\system32\inetsrv.
Launch inetmgr.
Expand Sites and select SolarWinds NetPerfMon
On the right site in Edit Site select Basic Settings
Click select and click on SolarWinds Orion Application Pool
Enter the username and password of the account used for the installation
After entering the username and password, testing the outcome should look like this:

What's the error message that you are getting?

Can you access it from the server using localhost?

Did you check IIS to make sure the site has started and the bindings are correct?

Did you try this from chrome or firefox from another machine? From the screenshot, it looks like you are trying to use IE on the NPM server itself.

Had come across similar page...I Remember this coz in the URL there is a word called "ReturnURL"...

Restarted services, server but nothing helped. Ran permission checker, restarted IIS pool as well.

At last had to run Config wizard and post that it came up fine.

Also check your ASP. NET service on the main poller, we had seen some errors thrown for this service during this issue.

PS: This was for the version 11.5.2.

I temporary installed chrome on the server and tried with the same results. I tried to load the page from my computer.
