How to use 12 hour time format in Alerts

Hello!

all the macros for time display time in 24 hour format. I need it to be in 12 hour time format but How?

Are you talking about Basic or Advanced Alerts or both?

Where are you seeing the 24h format? In the web console, when you configure the alerts?
