after doing some maintenance on the system , database is corruption and Orion not working , in database folder \Data\SolarWindsOrion.mdf Log\SolarWindsOrion_log.ldf both is 0 kb size .
Do you have a backup?
You'll need to restore a backup.
if you do not have a backup then you'll have to start from scratch -- run the configuration wizard to repair the database.
[but: setup database backups, and figure out how they got deleted, because the solarwinds database maintenance won't ever do this (not in over a decade of running SW). Having zero sized files implies something has truncated the files...]

Ok, if you go back a directory to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSSQLSERVER\MSSQL - There should be a folder called Backup, is there any files in there? Even if they are older files you might be able to get some data back up and running?
The other question is, what are the other two SolarWinds MDF files in your image?
one called solarwinds.mdf and one called solarwindssamdatabase.mdf ??
