Add account restrications for Add-on use

I'd like to see the ability to restrict people from seeing the add-ons install on the web site. If I don't want them to see NetFlow or VoIP Monitor then I should have that option to restrict in their account and when they go to the web site those links are not seen. I can only restrict what views people have so if I select 'none' they still see the icons, can click on them but they will get a permissions issue. Just like to see that cleaned up a little bit.
