Runtime error on mapmaker

Hi
I have problem with MapMaker in Orion
when i started mapmaker
it appeares

Run time Error 429
ActiveX component can't create object

Tool: Orion Map Maker
Version: Orion Network Performance Monitor Ver 7.0 2003
Operating System: Windows 2000 5 Professional Service Pack 4
Please help me
