Hi Guys,

I got this error

Unexpected Website Error

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

after I Upggrade to NPM 10.7 Tech Support tried a coupe of things but non work.any clues...

Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately that is a pretty generic error. Often times re-running the configuration wizard will clear it up. If not, our support team will get you running straight away.

How can I re run the configuration on NPM? Did I need to stop the services?

Config Wizard may be found under "All Programs" :

I reinsatlled the web portion and the same issue...Did you guys have a real solution on this issue?

You should probably run the entire configuration wizard again.

something did not get installed correctly.

last time this happened to me support set some value in an XML file and re-ran it to cause the installer to reinstall all of the files.
