Orion NPM 9.0 to 9.5 upgrade

Need to upgrade 9.0sp2 to 9.5. Please advise. I did run the exe but came up with errors

Do you have any of the Orion Modules? If so, make sure you follow this compatability matrix. Can you be more specific on the errors?
