Hardware Status Monitor - Health Monitor

Question

Morning guys,

We've just gone to the latest NPM + SAM, We've added the health monitor to our servers we monitor, and it reports well.

One problem is that it continually goes "unknown". Multiple times per day. We have approxmiately 60 servers, So we are getting ~ 100 unkowns per day, and when they come back, Over 2000 events from the "this heath monitor is UP" part.

We've upgraded one of our servers to the latest HP agent, But that's still having issues.

Is there anything we can try / information you require in order to give us some assistance into this?

This was down the HP systems Insight Manager being an elder version, Once this was upgraded the problem went away and I am now monitoring 35 physical bits of tin perfectly happily, with all of my VMs reporting correctly from the now native support too! good show!
