Having trouble installing NPM 10.0 SP1

I have 10.0 now and I'm trying to install SP1. It goes through waiting for services to exit, then tries to copy something into C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion and says "unable to copy files to install directory (Error Code: 4)" What do I need to change?

Steve, have you created a support ticket for this issue already? If not, please do so as we'll need to grab diagnostics from your machine to troubleshoot this further. AFAIK, we haven't seen this happen for any other customers.

I had the same issue. I rebooted the server, and then I was able to install SP1.
