I have several disk volumes over 50 TB in size. I am trying to Orion to provide accurate reporting of the disk size and utilization. With smaller volumes up to 8 TB, I see correct reporting of disk size. When I get up to a 16 TB volume, the size is incorrect.
On the node details page, the size and space used fields are blank for the large volumes, but the smaller volumes are reporting correctly.
If you select a large volume on the node details page, the graphs on the next page have the following values:
Disk Space Used
Bottom of Y Axis "-4000000000000 bytes"
Top of Y Axis "0 bytes"
All bars on the graph are maxed out at 0 bytes
Percent Disk Used
Bottom of Y Axis "0 %"
Top of Y Axis "100 %"
All bars on the graph are around 1 % which is not correct
Volume Size
Bottom of Y Axis "-800 G"
Top of Y Axis "0"
All bars on the graph are maxed out at 0
The actual disk size is 15.2 TB
With 3.71 TB of free space
In this example, the volumes are SAN volumes on a Windows 2003 server.
What can be done to get Orion to correctly report the disk size for this and larger volumes?
thanks
