Memory utilization at false 100%

Question

I have several windows 2003 servers that are showing memory at 100%  the OS and other tools wwe have that do snmp do not report the utilization above a average of 87-88%. They have 2 gb - 4gb memory and all of them are hp proliant servers.  they are a small group really only about 16 servers from over 200.  I have tried all of the basic type of things to resolve the issue.  things from rediscovering the devices to using the snmputil tool to verify the configuration.  a good portion of these servers do run Lotus notes but not all of them.

I am not sure where to go from here to figure this out.  any ideas would be appreciated.

Did you ever get this fixed? I have the same issue, but only with 2003 domain controllers.

Any similarity between the 16?

9.1 SP2 fixed a bug with false CPU numbers on ESX Servers (which I assume means either the virtualization servers, or one of the virtualized servers).
