Adding same node with different IPs

Hey everybody

I have NPM 9.5 . I have a router with two serials (2 WAN IPs) and Etherport (One LAN IP) which is reachable from our HQ.

Problem is I monitor with one IP , if it goes down the whole node goes down. If you please explain step bu step what to do if I want to add the node by the (3) IPs thus , if one goes down I know then for which IP.

Thank you Nadish. I have read the whole chapter but It was demonstrating how to add nodes normally. It didn't mention the desired issue.

You will only be able to monitor a Node with a Single IP Address. You could monitor the Node via the Hostname provided that the DNS Server updates the IP Address accordingly. Our "Head Geek" covers monitoring the device in our Solarwinds Certified Professional (SCP) video series here.
