Orion NPM and SCOM Management Pack

We are currently using Orion NPM 10.1.3 and have tried integrating it with SCOM 2007 R2 using the Orion Management Pack version 1.1

I have run the installation and the configuration utilitity on the SCOM server

During the configuration I selected several switches to monitor including their interfaces

I can now see the navigation pane for Orion within SCOM and can see and log into Orion Network Summary and Orion Reports.  However I cannot see any of the objects I selected during configuration in any of the other nodes such as Orion Components view, Interface Perfromance, Node Perfromance etc

 

Any ideas why these have not populated?

ok I fixed this by stopping the orion mp service

Re-ran the config utility

I then checked the config.xml file in C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Orion Management Pack for OpsManager 2007 to confirm tyhat it had updated all nodes correctly with True listed next to the devices that I wanted to monitor

Restarted the service  and all objects appear :-)
