Adding values together

We have two redundant links to our upstream provider.

a) is there a way to add up the bandwidth usage values of two interfaces on the same router?
b) is there a way to add up the bandwidth usage values of two interfaces on different routers?

I know I can do this with cacti, but we're using Orion 7 for this application and I would really like to keep it within Orion.
