Forgotten password for Web Interface

Hi folks,
After returning from a 3 weeks vacation, I have forgotten my ADMIN password for the web interface (ONM 6.4). Is anyone has an idea how to reset the password without re-intalling?

Download and install the Account Manager from the Unsupported Tools
section of Customer Support. It shows all Orion web accounts with usernames and passwords.

What SQL data? I see no table that contains users?

You'll need the account manager for 6.4. The user data wasn't included in the SQL database until 7.1, IIRC. You can download the utility from the Unsupported section in the website.

It should be in the database.
OR
Can you access the following URL:

your-orion-server/.../

You could go into IIS and enable anonymous access to get to the admin page,
once you have changed your admin password, go back into IIS and change permissions
back to the previous setting.
