Average Response Time / Network Latency NPM 9.5.1

Hi,

I have recently implemented Solarwinds NPM and have around 1511 elements all being monitored successfully. Earlier this morning, we swapped out one of our network switches which resulted in several servers being unavailable for 5 minutes. Since the servers were patched back into the new switch, Average Response Time is not being recorded. All other information (cpu, disk, memory, nic mbps, etc), however the average response time isnt. I have restarted the Orion server, still no joy. These servers are acting and responding normally and as expected.

Does anyone have any pointers?

You could try re-adding one of those servers or just doing a "list resources".

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have tried deleting server and re-adding, list resources (including remove / re-add resource) and still nothing.
