Dameware v9 and Citrix

We use Dameware v9 on aCitrix Silo server. The licensing information will not stay in the product. Users have to enter the info every time. Any way around that?

The new DameWare Central Server should help you get around this. As long as connections are going through the Central Server, the DW client on your VMs doesn't have to be licensed.
