How to display the real interface bandwidth with orion NPM

With Orion NPM, I can display port speed, transmit and receive bandwidth but it's the theorical values. How can i display the real port speed (or bandwidth) of a node's interface.

For example, the ethernet port speed of cisco routers is 100Mbit/s. But the real bandwith is not totaly 100Mbit/s, for example 80Mbit/s. How to display this information with Orion NPM?

I checked page 336 in question, but I see that it is the user to define the value of the bandwidth. Is there not a way that Orion returns this information automatically?

I believe the actual maximum throughput is adapter and bus specific. There is specialized hardware to test these but it is not a a function of an NMS.
