issues on installing NPM

hi all, i am currently instaling NPM on windows server 2003 standard edition service pack 2. ive come into this error.. pls help.

This MS KB may be useful: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925336

Basically that system may need more memory, or to apply the hotfix.
