Alerts in NMP - Links going to different resources

Ive configured some alerts that report on Disk Space thresholds. The alert displays ok on the homepage , but if you click on the resource link it takes you to another resource entirely. If you go to the Alerts Window on the webpage and run the alert from there it works fine,and all the links work as well.
