On the node page, I recently noticed this resource was showing a timestamp in the future. Do these alerts appear in UTC since both ESXi uses UTC, and apparently some Orion components, store time in the database in UTC?
Alert trigger time displayed in this resource is internally (in DB) stored in UTC time (when the alert was triggered on Orion primary machine). When rendered on UI it is converted to local time of used web server. So if you use client machine which is in different time zome than web server, it may eventually look like date is shifted. In case this explanation wouldn't fit your scenario, feel free to create a ticket with support.
